Rollande Scolari

Rollande Scolari’s professional experiences were acquired through diverse industries which includes hospitality, commercial fishing, and human resources. Her career began in hospitality, where she honed her skills as a Culinary and Pastry Chef. Transitioning to the fishing industry, she thrived in challenging environments and managing logistics as Chief Steward. She stepped away from her professional career to raise her daughters and returned to work in 2019 by joining the Peninsula Services team as HR Assistant. She was blessed to be assigned the HR Generalist position in 2022, a position that allows her to continue supporting Peninsula Services’ employees in their employment journey.
