A Bremerton, WA native, she has deep roots in the community and a passion for making a meaningful impact through her work.
As Controller at Peninsula Services, Rebecca plays a vital role in ensuring the financial integrity of the organization. She oversees accurate reporting, compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and the implementation of strong internal controls. Additionally, she manages the Business Office and coordinates the budget preparation process, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated to sustain and grow programs that empower individuals with disabilities.
Beyond managing budgets and financial operations, Rebecca views her role as an opportunity to give back to the community that shaped her.
